Join NASM-certified instructor Kristen in a fun fitness class designed just for expecting (or newly post-partum) mamas!

Enjoy some stretch and movement safely designed for YOU, and take this time to recharge. Mats will be provided; please bring water and wear socks (grippy socks required for any little ones tagging along to play). After the workout concludes, we will have a short “mama mingle” with healthy snacks provided.

For comfort and safety, this class event is limited to 10 mamas. Babies up to 18 months may tag along to this class and play. For older kiddos, please enroll in the 9:45am Parent & Me class!

Enjoy a feel-good 30-min. fitness class led by NASM-certified trainer, Kristen, followed by 1 hour of open playtime for your little one(s) in the space! We love this combination of short, directed instruction followed by independent exploration…and hope you will, too!
